Returns 


*PLEASE NOTE* 

  • We do NOT offer refunds and are not required to approve or process any returns especially due to covid.
  • All sale items are FINAL SALE; no returns or exchange. 
  • All items purchased at any pop up are FINAL SALE; no returns or exchange.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Any opened or worn items, are not accepted for an exchange. 
  • Customers are responsible for any reshipping fee.
  • International orders can be held in customs until customer pays for the customs fee. Customers are responsible for the fee and to updated with the tracking information. 
  • Customers have 7 days to contact our customer service email (contact@yosneaks.com)  from the day the order was delivered. If customer fails to reach out within the 7 day time frame, no exchange will be permitted.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All orders are final and cannot be changed after submission.

As a small business, we appreciate your patience, support, and understanding as our policies has been updated for the safety of our team and customers. We take the effects of the pandemic seriously and stand by our policy. 

Please also periodically check for any updates regarding our shipping policy.  

SHIPPING 

We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.

All orders ship from San Antonio, Texas USA.

  • Due to the pandemic and during the holiday season, please expect delays with all mailing carriers. 
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and verified.
  • After processing, expect up to an additional 14 business days for delivery. We do our best to ship all the orders as soon as we can. 
  • With the delays, if the customer is in a rush to receive their order, they have the option of choosing Priority Shipping service with USPS, UPS, or DHL (destination varies.)

 

Customers are responsible for all re shipping costs in any event that the order was sent back to Lifestyle®. Original and reshipping costs are non refundable, no exceptions. 

 

 

PANDEMIC INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING UPDATES 

  • We recommend customers to use UPS or DHL.
  • With USPS; please expect an extra 30 business days for your order to be delivered. (Destination varies and can take up to 60 business days.
  • Your order may be in customs until you pay for the custom fees.

 

We stress that once packages are in transit with a postal carrier, we are not responsible if the postal office in the designated country rejects, exceeds the ETA of the package, or loses the package in transit. 

 

  • If you are not able to place an order, it means we are not able to ship to the country for the moment.

SHIPPING CARRIER DELAYS/LOST/STOLEN

  • Due to the pandemic, please expect delays with all mailing carriers. During the holidays, please expect a longer delay.

  

  • We rely and use the same tracking provided to the customer. If you have a concern regarding your delivery and your tracking link shows your package is in-transit, you can contact the shipping carrier for further detail.

 

  • We are NOT responsible or required to replace your missing merchandise.

 

  • Ownership of packages turned over to the shipping carrier, transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages.

 

  • We are NOT responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping service is a service you purchase from the shipping carrier like USPS, along with your order from us.

 

  • Any shipping issues; must be contacted and handled by the shipping carrier that was used.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Merchandise must be unopened, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • Exchange will not be accepted for any orders that has been delivered for more than 7 days
  • Customers have 7 days to contact our customer service email (contact@yosneaks.com)  from the day the order was delivered for an exchange. If customer fails to reach out within the 7 day time frame, no exchange will be permitted.

When the exchange is authorized, customers have up to 7 days to return the merchandise to Lifestyle®.

 

Please Note: Any merchandise returned damaged or without authorization may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Lifestyle®. Original shipping fees are non refundable.

Please note: We do not accept international exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please note: We do not refund any shipping cost once an order has been placed and transferred to USPS or any shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for all and any shipping cost. 

 

 

TERMINATION CLAUSE

Without any cause or notice, we reserve the right to terminate your access to our Site.
